Shop Town Group is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly and that our guests have a memorable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including setting up and decorating the venue.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure that all event details are executed as planned.,Manage the flow of guests during the event, including seating arrangements and serving food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet equipment and supplies.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a similar role, such as event staff, banquet assistant, or hospitality work, is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of event planning and organization is a plus.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
