📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and maintain daily specials and menu items.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Assist in maintaining food cost control and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
