📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the bank's asset portfolio to maximize returns and minimize risks.
Develop and implement strategies to improve portfolio performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee the collections process, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of overdue payments.
Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions.
Lead and mentor a team of portfolio managers and collections specialists.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of portfolio management and collections activities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing financial institutions.
Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay informed about market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in portfolio management and collections, with a proven track record of success.
Certification in financial analysis or a related field is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in using financial software such as Bloomberg, Oracle, or similar tools.
