📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling, using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with local labor laws and best practices.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to continuously improve HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing HR operations in a multicultural or multi-location environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
