📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the data entry team, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.,Monitor data entry processes to identify and resolve any issues or errors.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff to improve their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data entry needs are met and resolved.,Maintain and update data entry software and systems as needed.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates on data entry activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and systems, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, or specialized data entry tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations is a plus.
