📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, ensuring accuracy and safety.,Maintain and update patient medication records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.,Assist in the management of the pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of medications.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.,Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices and technologies.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in the pharmacy department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or in a related role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid pharmacy license and certification in Indonesia.
