In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in achieving their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.,Maintain and update financial systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is a plus.
