📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain sales records, contracts, and customer information in a secure and organized manner.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales activities.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Handle administrative tasks related to customer onboarding, including data entry and verification.,Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and follow-ups.,Maintain inventory and order management systems for sales-related materials.,Provide administrative support to the sales leadership team as needed.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.,Familiarity with cloud and finance solutions is a plus.
