🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR leadership role.,Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in conducting HR audits and assessments.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
