PT Langit Berkah is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Maros. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or a related field, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain the fleet's maintenance schedules and records.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the fleet.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Provide support in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Assist in the training of new drivers and staff on fleet management procedures.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
