As a Deputy Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and providing administrative support to the accounting department.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Process and reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to the management team
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your accounting skills

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
