📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet established standards.,Monitoring production processes to identify and address quality issues.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with company and industry quality standards.,Providing feedback and recommendations to improve product quality.,Conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Training and mentoring junior quality control staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in quality control or related fields are a plus.
