📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits,Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management processes,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
