📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Install, configure, and update software and systems.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Slack.
