Bidang Wati Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and friendly Junior Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a warm and memorable experience. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant with a warm and friendly attitude.,Provide information about the restaurant, its menu, and special offers to guests.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Reserve tables for guests and manage the waiting list.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Detail-oriented and organized.,Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software.
