📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promote modern agricultural practices and technologies to farmers.
  • Conduct training and workshops on modern farming techniques.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to farmers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of agricultural programs.
  • Collaborate with other agricultural extension officers and stakeholders.
  • Report on program progress and outcomes to the Ministry.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of agricultural policies.
  • Ensure compliance with agricultural standards and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural extension or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with modern agricultural technologies and practices.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel and work in rural areas.
