📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.,Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity policies and practices.,Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
