PT Maha Firdaus is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business goals. You will also be responsible for overseeing our accounting and financial reporting processes, as well as managing our budgeting and forecasting activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting and forecasting.
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
  • Working with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Managing the company's cash flow and ensuring timely payment of bills and salaries.
  • Overseeing the company's tax obligations and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Providing financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
