Fresh Central Pratama is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our operations in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a high-performing team of store staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and inquiries.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
