Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets high standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong understanding of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
