As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards and guidelines.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
