📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.,Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is a plus.
