📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and packaging machines.,Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for all mechanical operations.,Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of bakery equipment.,Collaborate with the production team to address equipment-related challenges and improve efficiency.,Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs.,Participate in regular equipment inspections and audits.,Provide training and support to junior mechanics as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a bakery or similar industrial setting.,Proficient knowledge of bakery equipment and machinery.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with basic electrical systems is a plus.
