📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide expert product knowledge and advice to clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
