📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and interventions accurately and promptly.
- Monitor and maintain patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (DINAS KES).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as SIMRS or similar.
