📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and communications between Indonesian and Mandarin speakers.
• Assist with logistics coordination, including order processing and inventory management.
• Provide cultural insights and context to our team, ensuring effective communication with Chinese clients.
• Support the development and maintenance of our client database, using tools like SAP and Excel.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on client interactions and project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with SAP or similar logistics software.
• Good understanding of international trade and logistics principles, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

• Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours when required.
