📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of all attractions and infrastructure.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic projects aimed at enhancing the park’s infrastructure and guest experience.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the park’s infrastructure is up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on theme park operations and maintenance.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools like MS Project.
