Inventory and Stock Control Specialist - Manufacturing & Logistics

As an Inventory and Stock Control Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, implementing inventory control systems, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. You will work closely with our warehouse team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to streamline our operations and improve our bottom line.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Implement and optimize inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Provide regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and best practices.
• Knowledge of Indonesian manufacturing and logistics industry is a plus.
