📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic planning and development of library services.
• Manage a team of librarians and support staff to ensure the efficient operation of the library system.
• Develop and implement programs to promote literacy and educational resources.
• Collaborate with local schools, universities, and community organizations to integrate library services into broader initiatives.
• Ensure the maintenance and security of library collections and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in library management, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using library management software such as Koha, Evergreen, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian library regulations and standards.
• Certification in library management or a related field is a plus.
• Commitment to promoting literacy and community development.
