As a Government HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure that HR processes are aligned with project goals and that employee needs are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with project goals and organizational objectives.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for the team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive employee records using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address HR-related project needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a consulting or government sector environment.
• Proven experience in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and familiarity with tools like SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
