• Test and analyze water quality to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide training to employees on occupational health and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, such as OSHA and ISO 45001.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on workplace safety and health findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Hygiene, with a focus on mining or natural resources industries.
• Certification as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in Indonesia and international mining sectors.
• Proficient in using industrial hygiene software, such as ALOHA, Workplace, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
